Post Time 11:30 a.m.
Race 1 - 7 furlongs, Purse $18,000, Maiden claiming $32,000, 2-year-olds
Strikingly Sinful - Sliding down the maiden claiming ladder to this career low level; takes blinkers off for this.
Veecu - Disappointing run in last as a 3/5 odds favorite; blinkers off, can rebound at a more palatable price.
Long Shot - Papa Terry
Race 2 - 1 1/16th miles, Purse $11,000, Claiming $8,000, 3-year-olds and up
Coronel Moldes - Switches back to synthetics where 2 of his 3 wins came over; huge class drop gives him a big shot.
One Shot - A. C. Avila had a very productive second half of 2009; speedball can open up and control the pace.
Long Shot - Super Harmony
Race 3 - 1 mile (turf), Purse $48,000, Allowance, 3-year-olds and up
Acclamation - Exits a series of graded turf stakes for this first level allowance; speed to lead or sit close up.
Canyon Drive - Ran great in his turf debut last out; proven he does not need the lead to succeed, saves ground.
Long Shot - Nitro Active
Race 4 - 1 1/16th miles, Purse $16,000, Maiden claiming $25,000, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up
Glory Forever - Has left from the parking lot post each of her last 3 starts; saves ground, will grind late.
Prophetise - Bothered at a key point in the race last time; tactical speed to sit a perfect trip.
Long Shot - The Town Lady
Race 5 - 6 1/2 furlongs (turf), Purse $32,000, Claiming $40,000, 3-year-olds and up
High Standards - Sliding down the claiming ladder after 3 close, but no cigar, finishes; offers good value at 6/1 odds.
Crossing The Line - Back class veteran had a trouble trip in return; Garrett Gomez takes the call for Rafael Bejarano.
Long Shot - Seachforthetruth
Race 6 - 1 1/16th miles, $100,000 California Breeders' Champion, Cal-breds, 2-year-olds
Caracortado - Will get tested for class today; her last win was a lot easier than it seemed, first route race too.
La Nez - Was overmatched in the BC Juvenile Fillies Turf; she is back with her friends and should run very well.
Long Shot - Alphie's Bet
Race 7 - 1 mile (turf), $100,000 Sir Beaufort, 3-year-olds
The Usual Q. T. - When you win 5 races in a row, all on turf, you're the one to beat; 3 of those came at one mile.
Massone - Dead late closer was too little, too late in last; big rider switch to Garrett Gomez for the money shot.
Long Shot - Pleasure to Ride
Race 8 - 7 furlongs, $300,000 La Brea, Fillies, 3-year-olds
Kays And Jays - Has always been highly regarded be it Bill Mott or Mike Mitchell training; saves ground, fires late.
Pinkarella - Breakthrough win in last when she rated kindly and fired late; could be a dangerous 1-turn specialist.
Long Shot - Dani Reese
Race 9 - 7 furlongs, $300,000 Malibu, 3-year-olds
Misremembered - Won't find a tougher stakes to handicap all year than this; loved his second in the Clark.
Mythical Power - Bob Baffert barn is loaded, can finish 1-2 in this spot; been away 8-months, but has talent.
Long Shot - Smart Bid
Race 10 - 6 1/2 furlongs, Purse $44,000, Maiden special weights, 2-year-olds
Nextdoorneighbor - Ran huge in debut and figures to be tough again; if he improves one step, he'll likely win.
Leothelion - You'll have an edge over me in seeing the odds on the FTS; tough final leg in tonight's pick 6.
Long Shot - Imperial Pride
Best Bet - The Usual Q. T. (race 7)
Hollywood Sunday - Picks/Winners/Mutuels, 17/6/$30.80; Long Shots, 8/0/$0; Best Bet, 1/0/$0

SIMULCAST PICK OF THE DAY - #6 Pashito The Che (1/1) in race 3 at Aqueduct. For scoring purposes, we'll make a hypothetical $2 win, place and show bet, $6 total. On Sunday, Big Sister ran third at Hawthorne paying $2.80 to show.
