Post Time 1 p.m.

Race 1 - 1 mile, Purse $22,000, Maiden claiming $50,000, 3-year-olds and up

The Whammer - Regressed last time after a solid effort at Del Mar; she beat the chalk back on June 20.

Long Shot - Free Lunch

Race 2 - 1 mile, Purse $40,000, Allowance, Fillies, 2-year-olds

It Tiz - Big time class relief from the grade 1 Oak Leaf for this;

Seriously - Just broke her MSW, which puts her at a disadvantage; been well bet each start, must have ability.

Race 3 - 1 mile (turf, rail at 30 feet), Purse $29,000, Claiming $40,000 Fillies, 3-year-olds

Ocean Style - Class relief gives her an edge in here; like that she is racing with straight 3-YOs too.

Kinesiology - Ran evenly off the claim for Jack Carava; dropping one notch in class can only help.

Long Shot - Brooke's Fantasy

Race 4 - 5 1/2 furlongs, Purse $13,000, Maiden claiming $25,000, 3-year-olds and up

Boo Too - Ran evenly off the claim by Jorge Periban; expect subtle improvement on the class drop.

Long Shot - Good Guy

Race 5 - 6 furlongs, Purse $23,000, Claiming $32,000, 3-year-olds

Black Kettle - Like the big rider switch to Rafael Bejarano; figures to sit in arrears and make one run.

Uncle Jeep - Beat lesser lights in last, now moves up in class; tactical speed to sit a perfect trip.

Long Shot - Final Journey

Race 6 - 1 mile (turf, rail at 30 feet), Purse $38,000, Maiden special weights, 3-year-olds and up

Universal Peace - Just missed last time at Del Mar while facing tougher; Neil Drysdale has an uncoupled entry.

Quarter Given - Outran his 26/1 odds in career debut despite team of Richard Mandella and Rafael Bejarano.

Long Shot - Bring It Home

Race 7 - 6 furlongs, Purse $40,000, Allowance, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up

Mona de Momma - Has a big edge over the chalk with recent action; tactical speed to stalk the pace outside.

Mi Chiamano Mimi - Was available for $80K in debut, but no takers; she is worth plenty more than that today.

Long Shot - Sleep Tight

Race 8 - 6 furlongs, Purse $15,000, Maiden claiming $32,000, 2-year-olds

Honour Family - Was well meant in debut when showing high cheese; slight improvement can win this.
