Morgan Lane - Dead late closer figures to see a paceless race; still, the drop in class will only help.

Long Shot - Beau Chant

Race 2 - 6 furlongs, Purse $51,000, Maiden special weights, Cal-breds, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up

Call Me Dutchess - There is no replacement for race experience; she is improving in the right direction.

Streakin Excess - Shocking loss as the 2/5 chalk in last; can rebound at much higher odds tonight.

Long Shot - Glory Forever

Race 3 - 6 furlongs, Purse $16,000, Claiming $10,000, 4-year-olds and up

Make Mine Vodka - Veteran loves Del Mar and slides to the lowest class of his life; will be grinding late.

Copa de Plata - Won off an 18-month hiatus at the bottom class rung; this field isn't much tougher.

Long Shot - Ballistic Heat

Action Gal - Chased a monster winner in a futile effort; draws a parking lot post, but should improve.

Deceptively - Did everything but win last time in a real heartbreaker; repeat effort puts him right there.

Spirited Lady - Big rider switch to Victor Espinoza for the money shot; like the turn back in distance too.

Suances de Espana - Tepid chalk won't have it easy today; correct move to slide her down one notch in class.

Craig's Storm - Was flattered when Trilliant won again; tactical speed to sit a perfect trip.

Johnny's Time - Speedy sort joins the Brian Koriner barn; expect Tyler Baze to try to rate off of others.
