Whyprincesswhy - The education of one race can make a big difference; Joe Talamo had a big opening day.

Miss Heather Lee - Exits the same race as Whyprincesswhy; thus if you like one you should like the other too.

Long Shot - Imperatriz

On Fire - Has turned in some good tries since moving to SoCal; Barry Abrams spots him to be a tough guy.

Saint Paul - Speedball figures to be all alone on the lead; key will be where he is in the deep stretch.

Mytigersnosissy - FTS from Peter Miller; he figures to have this one ready, hired to rider Garrett Gomez.

Saarface - Taking the biggest class drop in racing from MSW to maiden claiming; has some early speed.

Dine At Nine - Horses aren't dropped at Del Mar to be claimed; they are dropped down in class to win.

Form a Posse - Ran well here as a 2-YO; last turf race was for show, today's synthetic race is for the dough.

Uncle Jeep - Logical chalk has tactical speed to sit a nice trip; bad news on opening day for Rafael Bejarano.

Long Shot - White Lace Jimmy

Itsnotjustagame - Ground saving rail trip for Corey Nakatani; he needs to start riding like he means it.
