TODAY AT HOLLYWOOD PARK

Post Time 1 p.m.
Race 1 - 1 mile (turf, rail at at 15 feet), Purse $48,000, Maiden special weights, Cal-breds, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up
Mama Rosa - Tepid chalk should relish the turf rail out 15 feet; just missed last time as a beaten favorite.
Ruffled Feathers - Another who just lost last time in an unlucky effort; Solis will sit and make one run.
Long Shot - Hot Headliner
Race 2 - 6 1/2 furlongs, Purse $23,000, Maiden claiming $50,000, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up
She's Very Rare - Chalk gets a big rider switch from Garrett Gomez to Aaron Gryder; it'll help the price.
Crystal Empire R N - She'll keep showing improvement, typically of a Kathy Walsh baby; will be running late.
Long Shot - Moon Over Malibu
Race 3 - 5 1/2 furlongs, $70,000 W. L. Proctor Memorial, 2-year-olds
Classical Slew - Doug O'Neill has an uncoupled entry; I suspect one of the two will win, rail post helps.
Track N Attack - Other O'Neill has a major disadvantage of a parking lot post in an abbreviated sprint.
Long Shot - Ritzville
Race 4 - 7 furlongs, Purse $11,000, Claiming $8,000, 3-year-olds and up
Watch Over Me - Sharp win off the claim by Craig Lewis; has plenty of back class to repeat that effort.
Trilliant - He's been burning a lot of money lately; the kind that'll win just when you give up on him.
Long Shot - Flip the Penny
Race 5 - 1 mile (turf, rail at 15 feet), Purse $50,000, Allowance, Cal-breds, 3-year-olds and up
Nitro Active - Been knocking at the door in last 3 starts; figures to stalk the pace and grind it out late.
Unbridled Story - Sharp win last time for Jeff Mullins; is not outclassed in class rise to NW1X.
Long Shot - Suit Yourself
Race 6 - 1 1/16th miles, Purse $18,000, Maiden claiming $32,000, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up
Sindyfromsantacruz - Stretching out around 2-turns for the first time; sliding down the claiming ladder too.
Juicy Lucy - Stretching out around 2-turns for the first time; figures to get position for a nice trip.
Long Shot - Imadethecashcall
Race 7 - 1 1/16th miles (turf, rail at 15 feet), Purse $55,000, Optional claiming $62,500, 4-year-olds and up
Lease of Life - With multiple speed types, his closing style will be flattered; David Flores for Bobby Frankel.
Colgan's Chip - Speedball will like the turf rail out 15 feet; key is how many others pester him early on.
Long Shot - Buenos Dias
Race 8 - 5 furlongs, Purse $46,000, Maiden special weights, Cal-breds, Fillies, 2-year-olds
Three for Marino - Was favored in debut for Kathy Walsh; figures to improve a lot in second start.
Unbridled Meeting - Has shown enough to think she'll keep improving; many question marks in this heat.
Long Shot - Camille C
Best Bet - Classical Slew (race 3)
