Maggie and Hopie - Taking the biggest class drop in racing from MSW to maiden claiming; will improve for Mike Pupye.
Long Shot - Ice Veins
Race 2 - 6 1/2 furlongs, Purse $23,000, Starter allowance $40,000, 3-year-olds
Let'spickupthepace - Logical chalk missed by inches in this class last out; tactical speed to sit a perfect trip.
Tap Tap I Win - Claimed by Cliff Sise off an OK effort; has been working forwardly since for new barn.
Long Shot - Yukon Bull
Race 3 - 5 1/2 furlongs, Purse $45,000, Maiden special weights, 3-year-olds
Gotmymojoworkin - FTS from John Sadler barn; has been working fine and has win early pedigree top and bottom.
Snapshot - Logical chalk is the only horse with experience facing 8 FTS; was favored in debut at Del Mar.
Long Shot - Street Car
Race 4 - 6 1/2 furlongs (turf, rail at 8 feet), Purse $45,000, Maiden special weights, 4-year-olds and up
Poronui - Christophe Clement stock fits very nicely in SoCal; only concern is fitness off a 6-month hiatus.
Bostoner - Eastern invader switches from Dale Romans to Mike Mitchell barn; has shown ability, watch the tote.
Long Shot - Lunar Humor
Race 5 - 6 1/2 furlongs, Purse $19,000, Claiming $25,000, 4-year-olds and up
Evaluate - Bob Baffert cull runs first time for a claiming price; has run many races fast enough to win here.
Black Hills - Good comeback race for Jeff Mullins off a 20-month hiatus; should see a hot pace to chase.
Long Shot - Sacred Mountain
Race 6 - 1 1/8th miles (turf, rail at 8 feet), Purse $52,000, Allowance, Fillies and mares, 4-year-olds and up
Fire n' Brimstone - No one likes to win in this NW2L condition; saves all the ground, grinds it out late.
Spinning Yarns - Speedball will play catch me if you can; may have an edge in this no passing zone field.
Long Shot - Tripped the Light
Race 7 - 6 1/2 furlongs, Purse $48,000, Optional claiming $40,000, Fillies and mares, 4-year-olds and up
Tamerin - Speedball was dueled into submission last out; may be lone speed today, a totally different scenario.
King City Kitty - Tepid chalk in a wide open race; like that Rafael Bejarano had choices, and lands here.
Long Shot - Cool Haleigh

Jibboom - Bobby Frankel has high hopes for this mare in 2009; suspect Gomez will sit a trip and fire late.
Ransom Captive - Jerry Hollendorfer found her hole card as a 1-turn turf closer; has an explosive late kick.
Long Shot - La Tee

Sunny Peace - Woke up last time running first time for a price tag; turns back in distance and drops some more.
Sleep Tight - Typical debut race, broke slow early, ran fast late; if she improves a step, she'll be tough.
