Post Time 12:30 p.m.
Race 1 - 1 1/16th miles, Purse $14,000, Claiming $10,000, Fillies and mares, 4-yer-olds and up
Red Neck Gal - Rafael Bejarano won 4 races on Saturday, he'll be tough again today; tactical speed to sit a forward trip.
Blushing Bear Cat - Beat a slow group last time that dawdled a half-mile in 49.3 seconds; from the hot Jack Carava barn.
Long Shot - Zaya
Race 2 - 6 furlongs, Purse $47,000, Optional claiming $80,000, Cal-breds, Fillies, 3-year-olds
Yodelady O - Was stopped in last like a car hitting a brick wall; John Sadler invites Garrett Gomez back again.
Dancing Erin - If anyone is going to win this wire to wire, it's this gal; goes as fast and as far as she can.
Long Shot - Chalula One
Race 3 - 5 1/2 furlongs, Purse $45,000, Maiden special weights, Cal-breds, 3-year-olds and up
Raise the River - Just missed last time, now Rafael Bejarano takes over; key is how well he times his move.
Charlie and Chris - Lost to a talented FTS Vaundell from the Carla Gaines barn; been unlucky to lose his 2 starts.
Long Shot - Drake Lake
Race 4 - 6 1/2 furlongs (turf, rail at 15 feet), Purse $39,000, Claiming $50,000, 4-year-olds and up
Storm Brave - Not much of an effort in last, enough to attract Bejarano though; his race two back was much better.
Headache - He seems to run hard every time; his wins came for $40K, so we'll see if $50K class is beyond his reach.
Long Shot - Nene
Race 5 - 6 furlongs, Purse $39,000, Claiming $50,000, 4-year-olds
Trilliant - Big meet for Mike Mitchell continues; NoCal shipper is spotted realistically to compete down south.
Cardinal Zin - Interesting race shape should allow Alex Solis to sit and make one run; saves all the ground inside.
Long Shot - Talk of a Cat
Race 6 - 1 mile (turf, rail at 15 feet), Purse $52,000, Allowance, Fillies and mares, 4-year-olds and up
She's a Keeper - Did her best closing fast into a pedestrian pace last time; honest fractions give her a big shot.
Birdie Birdie - Even run last time off a 7-month hiatus; she showed real turf ability in breaking her MSW.
Long Shot - Annie Skates
Race 7 - 6 furlongs, Purse $45,000, Maiden special weights, Fillies, 3-year-olds
Mother Ruth - Bob Baffert has a 3-horse uncoupled entry; obviously he has a great chance to win, but with which one?
She's Borracho - FTS from Jeff Mullins should go off at a square price; like that Joe Talamo had choices and lands here.
Long Shot - Indomitable
Race 8 - 1 1/8th miles (turf, rail at 15 feet), $150,000 Santa Ana Handicap, Fillies and mares, 4-year-olds and up
Visit - Draw a line thru her poor try in last over synthetic surface; she a grass filly and a very good one.
Satan's Circus - Was give a test drive last time off a 6-month hiatus; talented filly offers value in a tough heat.
Long Shot - Sharp Susan
Race 9 - 6 furlongs, Purse $18,000, Maiden claiming $32,000, 3-year-olds
Jimmy Two Times - Small class drop may be enough to get him over the hump; Mike Smith is a great rider on the lead.
Rio Romeo - Interesting rider switch to Rafael Bejarano for the money shot; he could win a bushel today.
Long Shot - Barney Bass
Best Bet - Trilliant (race 5)
