Skim Scam - Big effort in debut, then freshened thru the Fairplex meet; if he improves a smidge, he'll be right there again.
Long Shot - Quiet Storm
Race 2 - 1 1/16th miles, Purse $46,000, Maiden special weights, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up
Surprises Welcomed - Eric Guillot and Michael Baze won a stakes Wednesday at Belmont; ground saving trip and grinds late.
Love to Siphon - Speedy sort switches from turf to synthetic; tactical speed to sit a perfect stalking trip.
Long Shot - Joint Agreement
Race 3 - 6 1/2 furlongs, Purse $24,000, Starter allowance $40,000, 3-year-olds and up
Army Officer - Just missed last time while leaving from a parking lot post; same scenario today, but he shows moxie.
Ace High Hand - Tepid chalk in another wide open race; his maiden claiming win two back was a corker, must repeat that.
Long Shot - Gold Star Status
Race 4 - 1 1/16th miles, Purse $17,000, Maiden claiming $25,000, 3-year-olds and up
Winning Yield - Eoin Harty rarely claims a horse, so this one sticks out like a beacon; blinkers on for the money shot.
Turn to the King - Logical chalk with the big class drop and adding Garrett Gomez; John Sadler barn has not missed a beat.
Long Shot - L.A. Boy
Race 5 - 6 furlongs, Purse $24,000, Starter allowance $40,000, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up
Bella Dancer - No shot in last when Gomez got tossed off at the start; her two races before that are both fast enough.
Ms Toomsuba - Tepid chalk in a wide open affair; Joe Talamo is a capable substitute for Bejarano, will be grinding late.
Long Shot - Flashing Forward

Vixana - Mike Smith remains one of the best big money riders in racing; his work in everyday races is often times average.
