Post Time 1 p.m.
Race 1 - 6 1/2 furlongs, Purse $25,000, Maiden claiming $50,000, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up
Threat - Logical chalk is clearly the one to beat; big class drop, tactical speed to sit a perfect trip.
Thankfully - Interesting barn switch to the clever Art Sherman; note the faster works, big rider change.
Long Shot - Judy Patootie
Race 2 - 6 furlongs, Purse $24,000, Starter allowance $40,000, 2-year-olds
Dashwood - Gets class relief from a state-bred stakes for this; Steve Knapp likes to drop down and win.
Tahoe Kid - Have to respect a live runner from the hot John Sadler barn; tactical speed to stalk the speed.
Long Shot - Beau Gris
Race 3 - 1 mile (turf, rail at 30 feet), Purse $46,000, Maiden special weights, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up
Ditto This - Dead late closer making his third start off a 2-month hiatus; in good hands with Julio Canani.
Ochoa - Ran last time like he needed the race, his first in 8-months; ground saving trip, should improve.
Long Shot - Ellie L.
Race 4 - 6 furlongs, Purse $14,000, Claiming $12,500, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up
Alex's Wish - Ran like a short horse in last off a 11-month hiatus; class relief and tighter condition.
Con Corazon - She has a much cheaper resume, but has run two good figures; she'll be tested for class.
Long Shot - Golden Venture
Race 5 - 1 mile, Purse $16,000, Claiming $12,500, 3-year-olds
Drewthegentleman - Stretching out in distance for the first time in a while; hated Fairplex, should rebound.
Summer Shoot - Dead late closer can benefit from a quick early pace; she'll be closing fast late.
Long Shot - Younique Cat
Race 6 - 1 mile, Purse $16,000, Claiming $12,500, Fillies, 3-year-olds
Teacher's Rule - Interesting NoCal shipper from top trainer Terry Knight; tactical speed to attend the pace.
Dances With Tigers - Logical chalk has found a nice style of sitting midpack and grinding in the stretch.
Long Shot - Queen Holly
Race 7 - 6 1/2 furlongs (turf, rail at 30 feet), Purse $50,000, Optional claiming $62,500, 3-year-olds and up
Wiredfortwotwenty - Speedball will be aided by the turf rail out 30 feet; not sure who wants to duel early.
Carrilero - Could be the best closer in the race if it falls apart late; like the outside post to maneuver.
Long Shot - Easy On The Eye
Race 8 - 1 mile, Purse $20,000, Maiden claiming $32,000, Fillies, 2-year-olds
Coco M - Taking the biggest class drop in racing from MSW to maiden claiming; expect her best today.
Sarah's Melody - Another taking a big class drop to face many slowpokes; dangerous if she draws in.
Long Shot - Daniella Roth
Best Bet - Wiredfortwotwenty (race 7)
