Asperity - Has yet to win in the U.S., but has shown some promise; his second last time was his best try yet.
Soupy - Logical chalk figures to be the speed in this heat; moves up the claiming ladder showing good form.
Long Shot - Westerly Magic
Race 2 - 6 furlongs, Purse $14,000, Claiming $16,000, 3-year-olds and up
Satellite - Could sit a perfect trip, especially if Esperamos and Rogue Scholar duel on the front end.
Esperamos - Speedball takes a monstrous drop in class; key is Rogue Scholar is just a quick early on.
Long Shot - Brooker
Race 3 - 6 furlongs (turf, rail at 15 feet), Purse $25,000, Claiming $32,000, 3-year-olds and up
Yodelen Dan - Been away 10-months, but has tons of back class; Jeff Mullins is having a nice meeting.
Wheaton Hall - Speedy sort was claimed by Mike Mitchell; he can win on the lead or from just off the pace.
Long Shot - Steady Demand
Race 4 - 6 1/2 furlongs, Purse $38,000, Allowance, 3-year-olds and up
Rail Trip - Tremendous debut win, obviously has a very high ceiling; suspect he may have distance limitations.
Be Realistic - Faltered in last after a terrific race 2-back; key will be if he rebounds to the prior race.
Long Shot - Aggie Engineer
Race 5 - 7 1/2 furlongs, $75,000 Cats Cradle Handicap, Cal-breds, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up
Unusual Jane - She has really improved since being claimed by Barry Abrams; Joe Talamo will time his move.
Tiz a Blend - Logical chalk in last two stakes won and was a beaten favorite; tactical speed to sit a trip.
Long Shot - Gambler's Justice
Race 6 - 6 furlongs, Purse $36,000, Maiden special weights, 2-year-olds
Flat Bold - Exits a key race where Position A and The Pamplemousse won next out; expect big improvement.
Turk - FTS from Bob Baffert had a scintillating work last time; there are 6 FTS so watch the tote for clues.
Long Shot - Point Attended
Race 7 - 6 furlongs (turf, rail at 15 feet), Purse $31,000, Claiming $50,000, 3-year-olds
Ginobili - Chantal Sutherland did a great job relaxing her mount and getting him to finish; shorter price here.
Zetterberg - Claimed by Vladimir Cerin, he could really improve today; proven closer at this class level.
Long Shot - Topper Shopper
Race 8 - 1 1/16th miles, $750,000 Cash Call Futurity, 2-year-olds
Azul Leon - Tiny edge in an amazingly difficult race; saves all the ground for Joel Rosario and fires late.
Bittel Road - First synthetic turf race after all grass starts so far; a quality animal who will fight late.
Long Shot - I Want Revenge
Race 9 - 1 1/16th miles, Purse $48,000, Optional claiming $80,000, 3-year-olds and up
Neko Bay - Been away 8-months, but this is a quality animal; nursed along by John Shirreffs, much is expected.
Lang Field - Speedball has a chance to race unabated early; class drop to this will surely help him.
Long Shot - Mr. Chairman
Race 10 - 6 1/2 furlongs, Purse $12,000, Maiden claiming $25,000, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up
Pink Polkadots - Mike Mitchell throws his hands up in search of a victory; filly lays all over this field.
Bella Castagna - Main contender to the chalk; Rafael Bejarano and a cozy outside lane to stalk the pace.
Long Shot - Kind Lady
