Third Dawn - John Sadler likes to give his babies a race, or even two; can be right there with normal improvement.

Ready Steady Gone - FTS draws the attention of Garrett Gomez, that's enough for me; watch the tote for clues.

Long Shot - Tasty Temptation

Temple City - FTS from Carla Gaines who unveiled Point Encounter yesterday; this colt looks like a runner too.

Cajun Gent - Logical chalk has lacked a killer instinct to finish things off; developing into a money burner.

Race 4 - 1 mile (turf), Purse $63,000, Optional claiming $125,000, 3-year-olds and up

Dilemma - Looked good winning last time and earned this class promotion; tactical speed to eye the favorite.

Monterey Jazz - Has one way of going and that is bullet fast; key will be if anyone wants to press him early.

Long Shot - Porto Santo

Race 5 - 7 furlongs, $125,000 California Breeders' Champion, Cal-breds, Fillies, 2-year-olds

Saucey Evening - Ran a game fourth in the BC to Maram; like the turn back in distance and Gomez sticks.

Ten Churros - Another turning back in distance upon exiting a good stakes try; John Velazquez comes out west.

Rochelle's Jimmy - Tepid chalk in one ugly looking race; speedball will play catch me if you can with Corey.
