Race 1 - 6 furlongs, Purse $27,000, Maiden claiming $50,000, Fillies, 3-year-olds

Improving Gal - Tepid chalk could be a clever claim by John Sadler; she regressed in last, but her debut race was good.

Flashover - FTS from Barry Abrams is an Unusual Heat get debuting over Cushion track; if she fails here, turf is next.

Long Shot - Snooty Gal

Race 2 - 1 1/16th miles, Purse $16,000, Claiming $10,000, 4-year-olds and up

Mananan McLir - Beaten favorite takes a small, but significant, class drop; Mike Mitchell barn finishing a strong meet.

Long Shot - Chadlington

Race 3 - 6 1/2 furlongs (turf), Purse $48,000, Maiden special weights, 3-year-olds

Kilderry - Ran with maiden claimers in last and was taken by Mitchell; not outclassed, if he can turf, he can win.

El Martillo - Like the turn back in distance from a 2-turn route for a hillside turf try; Joel Rosario will fire late.

Long Shot - Mort Robbins

Race 4 - 6 furlongs, Purse $17,000, Maiden claiming $25,000, Fillies and mares, 4-year-olds and up

Topaz Moon - Tepid chalk is taking the biggest class drop in racing from MSW to maiden claiming; like Bejarano up too.

Schaghticoke Hill - Been knocking on the door, now facing her weakest test yet; moves inside from two post 10 efforts.

Long Shot - Synnin and Grinnin

Race 5 - 1 1/8th miles (turf), Purse $57,000, Allowance, 4-year-olds and up

Cedar Mountain - Bejarano looks like he can win 4 or 5 races today; this Neil Drysdale horse appears to have some ability.

Esporte Dos Reis - Interesting long shot teams up Paulo Lobo and Rosario; first time with Lasix, ran in Brazilian turf stakes.

Long Shot - Capt. Sparrow

Race 6 - 5 1/2 furlongs, Purse $28,000, Claiming $25,000, 3-year-olds

Bayngen Bartok - It only seems like Bejarano is riding every favorite on the card; turns back in distance, will be closing.

Polish Pete - Sliding down the claiming ladder where this spot should hit him right between the eyes; cozy parking lot post.

Long Shot - Ricky El Corredor

Race 7 - 6 1/2 furlongs (turf), $100,000 San Simeon Handicap, 4-year-olds and up

Don't Ya Lovett - Clever claim by Jack Carava off a big victory; suspect he won't be running for a price tag any time soon.

Giovanni - Sadler has had a lot of success with New Zealand bred imports; uses one of his live jockeys Rosario for this.

Long Shot - Night Chapter

Race 8 - 6 1/2 furlongs, Purse $57,000, Optional claiming $62,500, Fillies and mares, 4-year-olds and up

Zilla - Typical Bruce Headley handling, patient and predictable; dead late closer has proven to love synthetic surfaces.

Look Deep - Gets big time class relief off graded stakes for this; her races at Del Mar proved how talented she is.

Long Shot - Steelin'

Race 9 - 1 1/4 miles (turf), $200,000 Santa Barbara Handicap, Fillies and mares, 4-year-olds and up

Double Trouble - Believe it or not, Frankel filly is value at 7/2 odds; Bejarano saves ground and angles out late for run.

Immortelle - Lobo played possum with this mare two races ago; her last start showcased her real talent, one to fear.

Long Shot - I Can See

Race 10 - 6 1/2 furlongs, Purse $20,000, Maiden claiming $32,000, 3-year-olds

Stag On the Run - Jeff Mullins drops this guy down to where he should be the boss; at 8/1 he offers a lot of value.
