TODAY AT HOLLYWOOD PARK

Post Time 7:05 p.m.
Race 1 - 7 furlongs, Purse $37,000, Claiming $50,000, 4-year-olds and up
Don't Ya Lovett - Been tested in last two starts since claimed by Jack Carava; Carava offers class relief in an easier spot.
I'm All Out - Claimed by the maestro Jerry Hollendorfer in last; like horses like this that have back class in the past.
Long Shot - Forest Phantom
Race 2 - 6 furlongs, Purse $48,000, Maiden special weights, Cal-breds, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up
Bea's Cee - She was heavily favored in debut and beat five of these foes last time; slight improvement gets her photo taken.
Just N Excess - Speedball will be dangerous in her third start off a 5-month hiatus; subtle cut back in distance will help.
Long Shot - Fine Feline
Race 3 - 7 furlongs, Purse $11,000, Claiming $8,000, Fillies and mares, 4-year-olds and up
Sting'n Inthe Rain - The less starts the better at this bottom class level; beaten favorite will be firing fast late.
La Mandonna - Was dull as a used razor last time out; key for me is her race two back is fast enough to upset these.
Long Shot - Topper's Smiling
Race 4 - 7 furlongs, Purse $20,000, Maiden claiming $40,000, Cal-breds, 3-year-olds and up
Imblendednotshaken - Taking the biggest class drop in racing from MSW to maiden claiming; early trouble wiped him out in last.
One Track Mind - Jeff Mullins doesn't pop too many FTS, so this guys race last time was impressive; switch to Bejarano today.
Long Shot - Vanaldi
Race 5 - 1 1/16th miles (turf, rail at 15 feet), Purse $57,000, Allowance, 3-year-olds and up
Mind the Minister - He rarely runs a bad one on turf and Mullins should have him dead fit for this; has good tactical speed.
Tycoon Doby - His four grass races last year point him out to a big future; been away 11-months, but should have matured.
Long Shot - Lightning Hit
Race 6 - 6 furlongs, Purse $31,000, Claiming $32,000, 3-year-olds
Whatever Whenever - Did a classic pop and stop last time returning from a 6-month hiatus; Miller will have him corked tonight.
Skyspy - Was overmatched in last and gave it a half-hearted effort; Bill Spawr has him properly placed for a top effort.
Long Shot - Pack Your Bags
Race 7 - 6 furlongs (turf, rail at 15 feet), Purse $34,000, Claiming $40,000, 4-year-olds and up
Congo King - Claimed by Doug O'Neill and spotted nicely for a quick ROI; speedy race shape will flatter his closing style.
Irish Ty - He can win on the lead or sit just off of it; third start off a 17-month hiatus so he still has room to improve.
Long Shot - Bodes Galaxy
Race 8 - 6 1/2 furlongs, Purse $15,000, Maiden claiming $25,000, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up
Warren's Cookie - Moved forward wearing blinkers on last time; like that Tyler Baze opted to ride her for Gutierrez.
Go Cardinal Gal - Ran flat as a punctured tire in last, we'll get more value tonight; she'll be flying in the lane late.
Long Shot - Silver Chai
Best Bet - Sting'n Inthe Rain (race 3)
Hollywood Thursday- Picks/Winners/Mutuels, 15/3/$12.80; Long Shots, 7/2/$16.80; Best Bet, 1/0/$0
Hollywood Totals - 518/136/$877.20; Long Shots, 263/23/$240.20; Best Bets, 30/16/$68.40
