Canonita - Speedball will try to take these wire to wire; early speed has done better on cool Friday nights in Inglewood.

Angel's Reward - Ran sluggishly in last so Gary Stute adds blinkers on for this; Nakatani will try to encourage him earlier.

Long Shot - Discover Dolly

Race 2 - 6 1/2 furlongs, Purse $15,000, Maiden claiming $25,000, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up

Dice Afare - At this bottom maiden claiming level, typically the less races the better; from the live Vladimir Cerin barn.

Warren's Cookie - Has shown steady improvement and nearly won in last as a beaten favorite; tactical speed to sit a trip.

Long Shot - Chica de Fiestas

Race 3 - 6 furlongs, Purse $11,000, Claiming $8,000, Fillies and mares, 4-year-olds and up

Gone Californian - Returns to SoCal where she's done most of her winning; shown the ability to handle synthetic surfaces.

Early Anna - Experiment with blinkers off lasted one race, Periban puts them back on; grinder needs to be ridden throughout.

Long Shot - Spy Aly

Race 4 - 6 furlongs, Purse $15,000, Maiden claiming $25,000, 3-year-olds and up

Dynaquake - Set a very fast pace last time before tiring late; Becerra takes the blinkers off to try and slow him down some.

Peace Prospect - Taking a steep class drop for low percentage trainer Han Moon; is capable of surprising from the rail.

Long Shot - Joshua's Dream

Race 5 - 5 1/2 furlongs, Purse $27,000, Claiming $25,000, 4-year-olds and up

Cape Town King - Not impressed by the field, let's try a comebacker from Jeff Mullins; been away a year, beaten much better.

Gray Black N White - Been a consistent sort for Julio Canani since claimed last August; speed helps in abbreviated sprint.

Long Shot - Scottish Diamond

Race 6 - 1 mile (turf, rail at 10 feet), Purse $50,000, Maiden special weights, 3-year-olds and up

Got Free - If he can win the duel with Ginobili, he'll be tough to run down late; Paco Gonzalez adds blinkers on for this.

Unvarnished - I liked him last time, but got going too late; should see enough pace to flatter his closing style.

Long Shot - Pop'shands Are Hot

Race 7 - 6 furlongs, Purse $54,000, Optional claiming $62,500, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up

Overly Tempting - Speed demon ran a winning race for this class level last time out; she figures to clear these no problem.

Brendolyn - Gets class relief from a minor stakes for this; tactical speed where Bejarano can place him where he wants.

Long Shot - Highland Torree

Race 8 - 6 furlongs, Purse $15,000, Maiden claiming $25,000, 3-year-olds and up

Cavanaugh - Beaten favorite was flattered when Foul Play won next time out; repeat effort makes him the one to beat.

Kerzner - Interesting Phoenix imported is not outclassed by these; Armstrong takes the blinkers off to sit a trip.

Long Shot - Peeka Buddha
