Lots of Sunshine - Logical chalk is part of an entry that figures to be 4/5 odds or lower; there is other speed to compete.
Long Shot - Ciacci's Angel
Race 2 - 6 1/2 furlongs, Purse $44,000, Claiming $50,000, 4-year-olds
Law Breaker - Like the turn back in distance from 2-turn routes to this elongated sprint; may be better as a closing sprinter.
Luis's Especial - Hard knocking Cerin charge continues to show speed and determination; appears to love synthetic surfaces.
Long Shot - Spoils of Excess
Race 3 - 6 1/2 furlongs, Purse $48,000, Maiden special weights, 3-year-olds
Scibelli - Returns off a 5-month layoff after an eye-popping debut at Del Mar; gets a big rider switch to Michael Baze.
Sangaree - Half brother to Congaree flopped last time in an embarassing try; offers value as Baffert turns up the screws.
Long Shot - Afleet Ruler
Race 4 - 1 1/16th miles, Purse $57,000, Allowance, 4-year-olds and up
Banner Lodge - Highly regarded colt finally earned his diploma in last; stretches out around 2-turns for the first time.
Mi Arcobaleno - Choice for the forgiving handicappers among you; Frankel adds blinkers on and like Bejarano taking over.
Long Shot - Dawn's Early Sky
Race 5 - 1 mile, $150,000 San Rafael, 3-year-olds
Talk of a Cat - Left jet fumes behind him last time in a MSW win; Gomez-Pletcher combo, this is a classy Derby prospect.
El Gato Malo - Has been sensational in two well managed starts; he may have trouble with the Derby distance, but not today.
Long Shot - Indian Sun
Race 6 - 6 1/2 furlongs (turf, rail at 8 feet), Purse $38,000, Claiming $40,000, 4-year-olds and up
Black Jack Attack - Claimed by Mitchell who turns him back in distance and sends him down the hill; closing sprinter today.
Iza General - Dead late closer has won down the hill in the past; Mullins appears to have him cycling forward for this.
Long Shot - Hajji's Honor
Race 7 - 1 1/16th miles, $150,000 San Pasqual Handicap, 4-year-olds and up
Racketeer - Thought he ran fine in return off a 6-month hiatus; Frankel will tighten him further for this grade 2 stakes.
Thousand Words - Ever see Frankel win a graded stakes on the main track with a turf horse; colt oozes class for this try.
Long Shot - Molengao
Race 8 - 1 1/8th miles (turf, rail at 8 feet), Purse $61,000, Optional claiming $62,500, 4-year-olds and up
Fast Thought - Saw two turf routes won wire to wire yesterday with the rail out 24 feet; horse hasn't hit his ceiling yet.
Yodelen Dan - Hard knocking turf horse continues to cash paychecks in nearly every start; may not see the pace he needs.
Long Shot - Add Heat
Race 9 - 6 furlongs, Purse $21,000, Claiming $25,000, 4-year-olds and up
Run Forest Run - Parking lot post shouldn't be a hindrance with Gomez; he won't duel with the Mig helping both horses out.
Dr. Sinatra - He keeps running well without any photos to show for it; he'll lead and Gomez figures to sit just off him.
Long Shot - Familiar Stranger
Race 10 - 1 1/16th miles, $200,000 San Fernando, 4-year-olds
Ravel - Has his detractors, but Gomez exits others to ride him again for Pletcher; saves ground for a perfect inside trip.
Tiago - Question is how sharp will the favorite be off a horrible try in the BC Classic; proven to love synthetic surfaces.
Long Shot - Monzante
Race 11 - 1 1/8th miles (turf, rail at 8 feet), Purse $50,000, Maiden special weights, 4-year-olds and up
Oceanography - Frankel charge was a beaten favorite in his SoCal debut; suspect he may prefer turf and move forward here.
Billion Buck Baby - Half brother to Rock Hard Ten has every right to improve big time today; square price at 5/1 odds.
