Sixers coach downplays club's interest in Iverson
Guard Allen Iverson is generating plenty of talk about a possible return to the Philadelphia 76ers, but coach Eddie Jordan said Sunday that's all there is to it right now.
"I have not been oversaturated with Allen Iverson in my mind or in conversations with our front office," Jordan said. "It's like any other free agent out there. We've talked about a number of people."
Jordan acknowledged Iverson has been discussed -- a change from comments made hours earlier, when Jordan said he certainly "had not talked to anyone about Allen Iverson."
Philadelphia has lost six straight, and point guard Lou Williams is expected to be out eight weeks after undergoing jaw surgery.

TENNIS
Davydenko ends season with ATP Tour Finals title
Nikolay Davydenko won the first big tournament of his career, running down just about every ball and using a consistent serve to beat U.S. Open champion Juan Martin del Potro 6-3, 6-4 and win the ATP World Tour Finals in London.
Davydenko was coming off his semifinal victory over top-ranked Roger Federer and dominated his service games against del Potro, losing only five points on serve in the first set and eight in the second.
Del Potro had three chances to break Davydenko, but the Russian saved them all to complete a sweep of all three of this year's Grand Slam champions at the season-ending tournament.
Davydenko lost in the final of last year's season-ending tournament for the top eight players in the world, falling to Novak Djokovic.
In the doubles final, Americans Bob and Mike Bryan beat Max Mirnyi and Andy Ram 7-6 (3), 6-3 to win their third season-ending title and claim the year-end No. 1 ranking for the fifth time.
