INTERNET ONLY: Logan’s spikes propel Tech to volleyball victory

Mechel'la Logan had 12 kills to help Tech to a 20-25, 25-16, 25-14, 20-25, 20-18 victory over visiting Liberty on Tuesday.

Carl Chiron added six blocks, and Erica Schramek served eight aces for the Roadrunners.

At Legacy, Hanna Korn had 21 assists and two aces, and Jasmin White supplied six kills and four blocks as Palo Verde beat the Longhorns, 25-6, 25-22, 25-13.

Tori Lounsbery had 12 digs, and Ainsley Lovejoy added six kills and two aces for Palo Verde. Kaylan Hanson led Legacy with 22 digs and four kills, and Sueala Sauiluma also had 22 digs.

At Del Sol, Kadie Miller had 18 assists and made eight digs as the Dragons downed Foothill, 25-12, 25-21, 25-20. Bryanna Chavez added eight aces and six kills.

Foothill's Chantelle Monga had five kills and three blocks.

At Green Valley, Taylor Richard contributed 12 kills and 10 digs to lead Silverado to a 25-22, 25-23, 25-20.

Jessica Schmidt had nine kills for the Skyhawks, and Rebecca Agae added 17 assists.

Jenna Chavez had 17 assists for the Gators, and Sydney Brozovich added six kills and six blocks.

At Basic, Sam McCosh had 27 assists and eight kills, and Jennifer Singer compiled 13 kills and 10 digs as Coronado beat the Wolves 25-18, 25-22, 25-16.

Kim Arana supplied 10 kills and 13 digs for the Cougars. Basic's Stephanie Cinkovich had eight kills and 14 digs, and Giulia Stolworthy added five kills and 14 digs.

At Shadow Ridge, Kylee Schraft had 10 kills and three aces, sparking the Mustangs past Cimarron-Memorial, 25-19, 25-21, 25-13.

Taylor Warburton added eight kills and two blocks for Shadow Ridge.

At Centennial, Morgan Vieira had 14 assists and five kills, and Lauren Sagers supplied 11 assists, seven kills, two blocks and two aces to lead the Bulldogs over Arbor View, 25-11, 25-8, 25-13.

Stacey Brinkman had 14 digs to lead the Aggies.

At Boulder City, Faith Lutheran's Tracey Anderson had 38 assists and 10 digs, and Hayley Washinsky added 18 assists as the Crusaders beat the Eagles, 25-20, 23-25, 25-18, 18-25, 15-5.

At Pahrump, Moapa Valley defeated the Trojans, 19-25, 25-14, 26-24, 25-27, 15-11.
