INTERNET ONLY: Palo Verde slips past Shadow Ridge in soccer

Palo Verde's Claire O'Harra scored from close range with seven minutes remaining to lift the Panthers to a 1-0 home win over Shadow Ridge on Friday.

Brittney Lott recorded the shutout for Palo Verde.

• Centennial 14, Mojave 0 -- At Centennial, Bethanie Skelton and Katelyn Thein each scored three goals as the Bulldogs rolled.

Sophie Krause added two goals, and Jenna Riddle, Erin McLaughlin, Julie Owens, Ashley Mosley, Riley Bassett and Debbie McLaughlin each scored once. Riddle and Kelly McCoy combined on the shutout.

• Cimarron-Memorial 2, Legacy 0 -- At Cimarron-Memorial, Michelle Millen scored a goal in each half to lead the Spartans.

Amanda Snider made seven saves to earn the shutout.

• Coronado 2, Tech 0 -- At Coronado, Janae Waters and Skye Sizelove scored second-half goals to lift the Cougars over the Roadrunners.

Goalkeeper Melissa Subu earned the shutout for Coronado.

• Green Valley 7, Del Sol 0 -- At Del Sol, Kylie Kochevar and Kayla Varner each scored two goals and Roz Flores and Megan Grosvenor combined on the shutout to lead the Gators over the Dragons.

Ali Schaefer had a goal and two assists, Krista Brizeno added a goal and an assist, and Megan Schiess scored a goal for Green Valley.

• Arbor View 12, Cheyenne 0 -- At Cheyenne, Stacey Brinkman scored five goals to help the Aggies roll over the Desert Shields.

Erika Peeples helped with two goals for Arbor View, and teammates Mariah Zeigenbein, Dakota Olson, Ashlea Andrade, Gabrielle DeLeon and Taylor Holmes added single goals.

Alex Luevano had two saves to log the shutout for the Aggies, who led 6-0 at halftime.

• Basic 1, Foothill 1 -- At Foothill, the Wolves and the Falcons played to a tie.

Casee Clark scored on a free kick to give Basic a first-half lead, but Tylher Coleman got Foothill even in the second half.

• Silverado 2, Liberty 0 -- At Liberty, Alexa Garcia and Shelbi Spooner each had a goal to lead the Skyhawks.

Samantha Lewis recorded the shutout.
