INTERNET ONLY: Silverado depth key to girls golf victory

Silverado placed three individuals in the top five on the way to victory in a Southeast Division match at Legacy on Monday.

Silverado's Tameka Demps and Stephanie Whatley each shot 8-over-par 80 to tie for third, and Brittany Rizzetto added an 81 as the Skyhawks shot 453 as a team.

Green Valley (461) was second and Coronado (481) third.

Coronado's Bethany Glassford was the top individual, carding a 70.

At Canyon Gate, Jenny Hahn shot 3-over 75 to carry Bishop Gorman to victory in a Southwest Division Match.

The Gaels shot 491, followed by Sierra Vista (554) and Bonanza (571).

Gorman's Nicole Corpus-Massucci was second individually with an 82.
