Naylor helps Green Valley roll past Foothill

Victoria Naylor had 21 points and 10 assists Tuesday as the Green Valley girls basketball team held onto a one-game lead in the Southeast Division with a 55-31 win over visiting Foothill.

Sarah Pickus added 13 points and Jazmine Jarvis 12 for the Gators, who are 8-0 in the division. Second-place Silverado is 7-1.

Mercedes Starr led the Falcons with 11 points.

Silverado 52, Basic 47 -- At Silverado, Mikayla Thielges had a double-double before halftime to lead the Skyhawks to the victory.

Thielges finished with 14 points and 17 rebounds, and Shea Collins scored 24 points for Silverado.

Lauren Johnson led Basic with 14 points, and Marquichea Burns scored 13.

Centennial 95, Cheyenne 30 -- At Centennial, the Bulldogs scored 62 second-half points and coasted to the win.

Johnna Brown and Dela Jones each scored 24 points for Centennial.

Mojave 57, Arbor View 30 -- At Mojave, with Duke-bound Chelsea Hopkins sidelined with a slight ankle injury, Aujanee Armstrong scored 14 points to lead the Rattlers to the victory.

Erika Lang paced the Aggies with 17 points.

Liberty 56, Coronado 45 -- At Liberty, Amanda Delgado scored 14 points, and the Patriots used a 13-5 spurt in the third quarter to beat the Cougars.

Coronado's Danielle Boyle scored 16 points.

Shadow Ridge 66, Legacy 32 -- At Shadow Ridge, LeNette Battle scored 24 points as the Mustangs cruised past the Longhorns.

Cheyana Slocum had 16 points, and Jessica Scarpati added 14 points and nine rebounds for Shadow Ridge.

Kindrea Poole scored 17 points for Legacy.

Palo Verde 45, Cimarron-Memorial 39 -- At Palo Verde, Brittany Stanley scored 13 points as the Panthers held off the Spartans.

Hayley Henderson and Mikala Pride each added 10 points for Palo Verde.

Catherine Wyre had a game-high 19 points for Cimarron, which outscored Palo Verde 23-10 in the fourth quarter.

Tech 55, Del Sol 14 -- At Tech, Mechel'la Logan had 18 points and Mesha Phillips 15 as the Roadrunners routed the Dragons.

Clark 48, Agassi Prep 43 -- At Clark, Chantelle Robinson scored 16 points as the Chargers beat the Stars.

Joanne Umana added 13 points for Clark, and teammate Alicia Wilbert grabbed 11 rebounds.

Larrisha Burnell paced Agassi Prep with 16 points.

Virgin Valley 61, Boulder City 22 -- At Boulder City, Courtney Spawn hit six 3-pointers and finished with 37 points as the Bulldogs jumped to a 26-4 first-quarter lead and routed the Eagles.

Boulder City's Caiti Forrester had 14 points and 10 rebounds.
