STORY LINE: An NFL-record crowd of more than 105,000 is expected for the first regular-season game at Cowboys Stadium, the team’s $1.15 billion palace. A popular topic in the Dallas locker room this past week was who will score the first touchdown in the new stadium. Receiver Roy Williams said if he does, he’ll keep the ball, even if the Hall of Fame wants it. But what if Cowboys owner Jerry Jones asks for it? “That’s negotiable,” Williams said. Both teams opened the season last week with victories.
