■ HIGHLIGHTS: At Cashman Field, Kila Ka’aihue crushed a long tiebreaking home run to right field in the eighth inning for Reno (21-32), which scored twice to take a 6-4 lead. Ka’aihue leads the Pacific Coast League in homers (15) and RBIs (49). ... Brian Bixler launched a leadoff solo shot in the eighth for the 51s (24-26), who left 10 men on base and went 4-for-14 with runners in scoring position. ... Wilmer Flores, Collin Cowgill and Josh Satin had three hits apiece for Las Vegas, which scored three runs in the seventh to tie it at 4. ... 51s shortstop Omar Quintanilla singled in the seventh to extend his hitting streak to eight games.
