No coach has done a better job this season than Bill O'Brien, and his team will hit an emotional high in its home finale. The Nittany Lions (7-4) are getting efficient play from Matt McGloin, who passed for a career-high 395 yards and four touchdowns in a blowout of Indiana last week. The primary concern for Penn State's defense will be slowing Montee Ball, the Badgers' explosive running back.
