Officer Jason Roscow, 46, was a 17-year veteran of the department. He died in an exchange of gunfire with 25-year-old Alexander Mathis, who also died.
A North Las Vegas police officer was shot and killed Tuesday. The person who shot the officer was also killed when the officer fired back, police said.
