A 16-year-old boy died from injuries to his neck when he struck a cable stretched across a paved trail while driving his minibike, police said in a report.
A woman is facing charges after allegedly luring an intoxicated man from a Strip hotel to what he thought was an Uber but later found he was being taken to a motel where he was robbed, according to police.
Monique Williams allegedly told a person if they committed the murder they “would be the top person on the list for future jobs,” according to a police warrant.
