Henderson announced Feb. 25 that it plans a new police substation and included a map of the area, but officials haven’t disclosed the exact location or when the substation will open.
The 17th annual event is set for 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday at Cornerstone Park, 600 Wigwam Parkway in Henderson. The city expects at least 3,000 people — plus their dogs — will attend.
