$70 MILLION ENCORE BEACH CLUB AND SURRENDER NIGHTCLUB OPENS

Encore Beach Club, which cost a reported $70 million to construct, opened for business Thursday. The 60,000-square foot venue is the second largest in Las Vegas behind the Hard Rock Hotel pool.
