Adagio condo complex nears final stages of sales

With 50 condominiums left to sell, the 282-unit Adagio complex is nearing closeout, according to Randy Roach, a sales agent for Nevada West Development, which is developing the project.

The developer is offering special financing promotions that include zero money down and 3 percent of the sales price buyer incentive toward closing costs, Roach said.

Amenities include two pools with a waterfall feature, two heated spas, two cabanas covered with sun-diffusing canvas and children's playground. The complex also has lighted parking and a clubhouse with kitchen, big screen television and health club.

Units include standard features such as oversized garden tubs, cultured marble bath vanities, ceramic-tile countertops, gas oven/stove range, refrigerator, washer and dryer, dishwasher, patios/balconies, ceiling fans, designer mini- blinds, vertical blinds and are cable ready.

Monthly homeowners association dues are $142 for a two-bedroom and $171 for a three-bedroom home, Roach said.

Select homes offer gas fireplace with tile hearth, dual fireplaces, walk-in closets, mirrored closet doors, 9-foot and vaulted ceilings and direct-access garages.

The Andante floor plan with two bedrooms and two baths measures 1,222 square feet for $191,900. It offers a one-car attached garage.

The Largo, at 1,246 square feet, contains two bedrooms and two baths. It offers a choice of a one- or two-car garage or no garage and starts at $186,900.

With three bedrooms and two baths, the Sonata measures 1,362 square feet and starts at $199,900. It offers a choice of a one-car or two-car attached garage or without a garage.

The sales office is at 7709 Vegas Drive and is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. To visit, from Summerlin Parkway, exit Buffalo Road and go north to Vegas Drive. For more information, visit Adagiocondoslv.com or call 341-0022.
