Adagio promotes financing
October 20, 2007 - 9:00 pm
Adagio Condominium Homes is offering zero-down financing for its units in northwestern Las Vegas, according to Randy Roach, a sales agent for developer Nevada West Development.
"Buyers who qualify for 100 percent financing with our seller's preferred lenders can move in for a true zero- down," Roach said. "Qualified buyers are typically first-time home purchasers or those who have not bought within the last three years.
"Bordering on Summerlin on its west side, Adagio's outdoor amenities harmonize with the tone and tempo its name implies," Roach said.
Other amenities of Adagio Condominium Homes are covered parking with night lights, a clubhouse with kitchen, leather chairs, big screen television, health club and business center with fax and copy machines and computers.
Units in the gated community include standard features such as oversized garden tubs, cultured marble bath vanities, ceramic-tile countertops, gas oven/stove range, refrigerator, full-sized washer and dryer, dishwasher, patios/balconies, ceiling fans, designer mini-blinds and vertical blinds.
In addition to the zero-down offer, Roach said, Adagio provides another financing option for qualified purchasers. The seller offers a 6 percent-of-sales-price buyer incentive toward closing costs and interest buy-down, or the equivalent amount toward prepayment of HOA dues, he said.
"Our monthly HOA dues are $142 for a two-bedroom and $171 for a three-bedroom home. We have 282 homes with only 81 left for sale," Roach said.
Select homes at the two-story complex offer gas fireplace with tile hearth, dual fireplaces, walk-in closets, mirrored wardrobe doors, 9-foot and vaulted ceilings and direct-access garages.
Three floor plans are available. They are Andante, Largo and Sonata.
The Andante with two bedrooms and two baths measures 1,222 square feet for $215,900. It offers a one-car attached garage with direct access to the home.
The Largo, at 1,246 square feet, contains two bedrooms and two baths, starting at $205,900. It offers a choice of a one- or two-car garage or no garage.
With three bedrooms and two baths, the Sonata measures 1,362 square feet and starts at $218,900. It offers a choice of a one- or two-car attached garage or no garage.
To visit from Summerlin Parkway, exit Buffalo Drive and go north to Vegas Drive, then left into the gated neighborhood.
The sales office at 7709 Vegas Drive is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. For more information, call 341-0022 or visit Adagiocondoslv.com.
