Adaven Homes to open RavenHill neighborhood

Adaven Homes will celebrate the opening of RavenHill at the intersection of Martin Luther King Boulevard and Cheyenne Avenue. According to sales agent Juliana McCormick, RavenHill located in a central location.
RavenHill is a gated single-family neighborhood with three floor plans including a 1224-square-foot, single-story design and a 1754-square-foot, two-story plan. Plans offer three and four bedrooms and prices range from the mid-$120,000s to the mid-$140,000s. Plans feature great rooms, adaptable lofts, two-car direct access garages, landscaped front yards and rear yards.
Exterior features include stucco exterior finishes, designer-selected color schemes, lighted addresses and concrete tile roofs. The interiors feature open floor plans, kitchens with islands and master suites with double sink vanities.
In addition to the gated entry, the RavenHill community offers private cul-de-sac living adjacent to a private community park that features children's play equipment, covered gazebos, walking trails and barbecue areas.
RavenHill is located close to downtown and Strip employment centers, shopping, schools, restaurants, parks, U.S. Highway 95 and Interstate 15 freeways.
According to McCormick, seller incentives include payment towards closing costs, the federal tax credit if the buyer qualifies and the city of North Las Vegas down payment bond assistance program.
