Aliante master plan enters final phase
August 16, 2008 - 9:00 pm
Centered around indoor and outdoor amenities for all residents, Aliante continues to flourish, with more than 6,000 families living within the 1,900-acre community, according to Dan Naef, senior vice president of North Valley Enterprises LLC, developer of Aliante.
Naef said the abundance of amenities such as the 20-acre, dinosaur-themed Nature Discovery Park, make Aliante an excellent community in "an excellent time to buy."
"Aliante has blossomed into one of the finest master -planned communities in the United States," Naef said, "with a championship golf course, beautiful parks and trails, retail shopping and dining opportunities, a school, library and many more conveniences that residents enjoy having close to home."
Home builders active in Aliante are offering outstanding values, according to Naef, who said there are advantages to buying within the final phase.
"Today, Aliante offers home buyers the luxury of being able to buy a brand new home, under warrantee, in an established living environment," he said.
