American West holds sales event

American West will hold a new home inventory sale today and Sunday at 10 of the builder's neighborhoods across the Las Vegas Valley.

Larry Canarelli, president and owner of American West, said this is the first time prices have been reduced this low, offering up to $143,000 in savings.

Highlands Ranch, located adjacent to the Southern Highlands master plan in the southwestern portion of the valley, features four American West communities -- Castlebay, Fairmont, Windsor and Kensington.

The two- and three-story home designs range from 1,486 to 4,770 square feet with three to six bedrooms. Prices begin at $299,500. Windsor and Kensington both feature a three-story home design with an elevator.

Glen Eagles and Inverness are located beyond a guard-gate in the master plan of Southern Highlands. Inverness features home designs from 3,679 to 5,649 square feet with up to six bedrooms.

Each home at Inverness includes a finished basement. Glen Eagles offers homes that measure from 1,952 to 2,548 square feet.

Coronado Ranch, also in the southwestern portion of the valley, features four American West neighborhoods -- Kingsbridge, Tradition, Heritage and Promontory. The homes range from 1,163 to 3,321 square feet with three to six bedrooms.

Silverado Court, located in Silverado Ranch, has released model homes for sale.

These homes are fully furnished, landscaped and ready to move-into, according to Canarelli. The homes range from 2,222 to 2,727 square feet.

Sales offices at all American West neighborhoods are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
