American West introduces basement homes within Southern Highlands
May 19, 2007 - 9:00 pm
American West is introducing estate-sized homes with finished basements in Southern Highlands, a master-planned community in the southwestern portion of the Las Vegas Valley.
The builder's new Inverness at Royal Highlands neighborhood is guard-gated with proximity to the recreational and shopping opportunities of the surrounding master plan.
"These homes are some of the finest available anywhere within the Las Vegas Valley," said Shawn Grundy, general sales manager for American West. "Beyond a 24-hour guard gate, these estate homes offer an impressive array of features."
The neighborhood's one and two-story home designs range from 3,679 to 5,649 square feet.
Priced from $830,950, floor plans offer four to six bedrooms and can be customized with a game room, study or home office, in addition to other flexible space configurations. Each home's basement area offers a step-out terrace and can serve as a home theatre, crafts studio, wine cellar or playroom.
"It's rare to offer mansion homes at this price," Grundy said. "When you include a full finished basement, we believe we've created one of the most unique product offerings in the entire Las Vegas market."
Adjacent to the Southern Highlands Golf Club, Inverness at Royal Highlands' nearby amenities include health and fitness facilities, day care facilities, private schools and close shopping.
To visit, take Interstate 15 south to Blue Diamond Road. Exit west on Blue Diamond and turn south on Decatur Boulevard, which becomes Southern Highlands Parkway. Turn left on Royal Highlands Street and enter through the guard gates.
The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
