American West to host event

On May 6, at 5:30 p.m., American West invites Realtors and their clients to an opening event, the American West Reserve collection in Coronado Ranch for previews. Vegas real estate expert Richard Lee will unveil his newest presentation on the state of the market.

During the debut of American West Reserve, Lee will discuss the current state of Las Vegas real estate and his predictions on future changes. He is nationally known for his comprehensive Las Vegas market presentations, which include statistics and forecasts of all economic sectors.

With three two-story floor plans to choose from, American West Reserve is American West's first community opening of the year.

In 2009, the builder opened Lexington at Highlands Ranch and added model homes to its Windsor and Kingsbridge communities. American West now has 10 new home communities open for sales.

At the event, NV Energy will have representatives available to discuss the Energy Plus residential rating system.
