American West to reveal Reserve at Coronado Ranch this weekend

Homebuyers are invited to take sneak peek of American West Reserve at Coronado Ranch, its newest collection with prices starting in the $200,000s.

Plan 2492, named after its square footage, features four bedrooms, 2½ baths and a study. The first floor offers a great room, dining area and kitchen.

Plan 3019 is the largest home available at American West Reserve. The two-story home includes four bedrooms, 2½ baths, formal dining and living rooms, family room and upstairs game room.

There are a number of options in the plan that allows families to customize it to their wants and needs. Homebuyers can opt for a guest suite that essentially gives the homeowner a second master bedroom. They also can choose an additional bedroom in lieu of the upstairs game room.

All homes at American West Reserve are Energy Start and Energy Plus certified. These certifications mean that the new home is 15 percent more energy efficient than homes that only qualify as Energy Star certification and 30 percent more energy efficient that current National Home Building standards.

"Our architects designed Reserve while considering the environment and energy conservation," Canarelli said.
