America’s Biggest Open House to be held in Summerlin today and Sunday

Everyone is invited to America's Biggest Open House this weekend in the Summerlin master-planned community. Scheduled today and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., the open house features more than 60 model homes in 14 neighborhoods in Summerlin.

According to Nikki Liesse, director of marketing for The Howard Hughes Corp., developer of Summerlin, the semi-annual event gives homebuyers a great opportunity to tour a wide variety of model homes in a short amount of time while enjoying a festive atmosphere at participating neighborhoods.

Participating neighborhoods are located in four actively selling villages: The Mesa, Summerlin Centre, The Vistas and The Ridges. Homes range from 937 to 6,000 square feet and are priced from the mid-$200,000s to more than $1 million. Home styles include single-, two- and three-story homes, lofts and townhomes.

A complete list of all participating neighborhoods, a driving map and coupons to Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and Mark Rich's New York Style Pizza and Pasta are available on AmericasBiggestOpenHouse.com.
