Arbor Ridge touts homes in northwest

Lennar's Arbor Ridge is located in Providence, a master-planned community in the northwestern valley. The gated neighborhood features four two-story homes that measure 1,450 to 1,804 square feet and include three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a two-car garage. Prices start in the $200,000s.

The homes are Energy Star-certified and include a stainless steel kitchen appliance package, microwave and refrigerator with icemaker, as well as granite kitchen countertops. Also included are the washer and dryer and two-inch faux wood blinds throughout the home.

Lennar sales agent Ken Nickerson said there are four homes available for August. They include the Willow floor plan with 1,450 square feet, the 1,621-square-foot Laurel and the 1,686-square-foot Cypress.

The Willow features an open great room on the first floor with a L-shaped kitchen.

The Laurel design is a split-level layout with a raised-staircase entry. A porch entrance opens to a foyer landing, leading up to the home's great room and kitchen, the master suite and guest powder room.

The Cypress includes a great room design, kitchen with island and a master suite.

The 1,804-square-foot Sycamore has a large porch entry opening to a parlor-style living room. A partial open wall detailed with pillars opens to the adjoining first-floor family room, a dining area and L-shaped kitchen.

To visit Arbor Ridge, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to the Hualapai Way exit, turn north on Hualapai to Elkhorn Road. Turn left on Elkhorn to Egan Crest Way, right on Egan Crest to Arbor Ridge.
