AROUND TOWN: Big Apple-style Chinese restaurant a real treat

You know how, when you find something good, you tell everyone about it? That’s what I’ve been doing with New York Chinese, the eatery near the corner of Del Webb and Lake Mead boulevards—telling everyone. Everyone. Can’t quite put my finger on the exact difference, but the food is… I don’t know…lighter, tastier…everything-er than most Chinese food places. The egg foo young is THE best I’ve found in town. OK, now that the secret is out, it’ll mean longer lines. It’s worth the wait. Anyway, see you there!
