AROUND TOWN: Brenden Theatres at the Palms offering discount days

Full-price movies are expensive, even matinee prices can add up for a family, but Brenden Theatres in the Palms is offering discount days Monday through Thursday until Nov. 5.

The discounts include $5 tickets for the last matinee show, tickets for $7.75 for the last show of the night, and a last call combo of a large drink and medium popcorn for $5 for anyone purchasing a movie ticket after 9 p.m.

All 3-D, IMAX, and special engagements are excluded. For information, visit www.brendentheatres.com or call 507-4849.
