AROUND TOWN: Gratis golf offered today at Rio Secco Golf Club
Enjoy great golf for the bargain price of free, when the Wendy's 3-Tour Challenge rockets into Rio Secco Golf Club, 2851 Grand Hills Drive in Henderson, today, Nov. 11.
Free general admission tickets will be available at the main gate Tuesday.
Competing for PGA, LPGA and Champions Tour honors in support of the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption will be Fred Funk, Natalie Gulbis (pictured right) and Kenny Perry.
Tee times, featuring three golfers each, began with Perry at 8:30 a.m., followed by Gulbis and Funk at 8:40 a.m.; and Stewart Cink at 8:50 a.m.
Great golfing action for a share of the $1 million purse will keep spectators busy during the popular 17th annual event.
