AROUND TOWN: Mastrioni’s Cafe adds touch of class to average strip mall
July 1, 2009 - 7:44 am
OK — it looks like a strip mall from the outside, I'll admit it. But step into Mastrioni’s, and you’ll think — whoa, this place has class. It’s no ordinary Italian eatery. There’s real art on the walls, there’s rich wood work and granite counter tops. Even better, there’s the food. We’re talking the real thing, with Italian favorites mixed with seafood. Chef Peter is a whiz in the kitchen. Even if you want something simple, like a salad, he makes it so good you’re tempted to spoon up every drop. Oh. My. Gosh. But don’t take my word for it … go give it a try.
Mastrioni's Cafe recently moved from Spring Valley to South Summerlin at 3330 S. Hualapai Way. Read more about it on the View's Web site.
