Astoria Homes showcases homes throughout valley during promotion

"More for Your Money" is a tagline that Astoria Homes has been using for the past several years. Astoria Homes will host The Best Deals Ever Event Oct. 12-14 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. The event will showcase homes throughout the Las Vegas Valley.

Home buyers will receive discounts as high as $200,000, with some detached homes priced from $170,000, according to Sia Howe, vice president of marketing for Astoria Homes. She said homes are priced from $112 per square foot.

"There are many discounts and incentives being offered by builders throughout the valley. We encourage potential buyers to consider the quality of the home in addition to the sales price. We believe the quality and the overall value of our homes will be clear when compared to other homes in the area," she said. " 'More for Your Money' is much more than a slogan to us; it's a promise to our customers that we at Astoria Homes take very seriously."

Centennial Hills Town Center neighborhoods offering discounts include The Avenues at Tapestry featuring homes ranging from 1,203 to 1,295 square feet; The Lanes at Tapestry with homes measuring at 1,478 to 2,232 square feet; and The Courts at Tapestry with homes ranging from 1,659 to 2,479 square feet.

Aliante subdivisions include Prominence with homes ranging from 2,830 to 4,449 square feet, and Fields with homes measuring from 2,228 to 3,374 square feet.
