Astoria offers a new single-story floor plan at The Fields at Aliante

Astoria Homes is introducing a single-story residential design in The Fields neighborhood at the Aliante master-planned community in North Las Vegas.

The Fields at Aliante features a selection of homes that range from about 1,654 to 3,374 square feet, with prices starting in the low $300,000s.

U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs financing and zero closing costs are available on select homes, according to Sia Howe, vice president of marketing for Astoria Homes.

The new Residence 900 design is the first single-story model Astoria Homes has offered at The Fields. Howe said the design was created specifically for Aliante, based on research the company conducted with home shoppers.

"We identified a demand among prospective buyers at The Fields at Aliante for the quality of an Astoria home, combined with the conveniences associated with single-story living," Howe said. "Our new Residence 900 will appeal to a wide range of buyers, from singles to couples to young families."

The Residence 900 features three bedrooms and two baths in about 1,654 square feet. Howe noted that prospective buyers are invited to preview plans for the Residence 900 at The Fields sales information center. Astoria is accepting names on an interest list for the new plan, prior to officially releasing it for sale.

Howe also said Astoria Homes is offering savings and specials on select two-story homes at The Fields, including a Residence 122 and a Residence 721 design -- both of which are ready for immediate move-in.

The Residence 122 features three bedrooms, 21/2 baths, bonus room and two-car garage in 2,228 square feet.

The Residence 721 offers five bedrooms, 21/2 baths, bonus room and three-car garage in 2,791 square feet.

"Both of these homes are highly upgraded with professionally selected flooring, surface materials, custom paint and much more," Howe said. "Additionally, Astoria Homes is offering tremendous values representing thousands in savings for the future buyers, including up to 4 percent toward closing costs for buyers who work with our preferred lender."

Along with The Fields, Aliante offers four additional neighborhoods.

Prominence, by Astoria Homes, is a gated neighborhood of two-story homes ranging from 2,830 to 4,449 square feet, priced from the high $300,000s. Sun City Aliante, by Del Webb, is an age-qualified community offering single-story homes that range from 1,155 to 2,105 square feet, priced from the mid-$200,000s.

Springdale, by Pardee Homes, is a gated neighborhood of one- and two-story homes ranging from 1,990 to 3,314 square feet, priced from the low $300,000s. Autumn Ridge, by Pardee Homes, is a gated neighborhood that offers one- and two-story homes ranging from about 2,695 to 4,025 square feet, priced from the mid-$400,000s.
