AUDIO: Slugger Bryant Opens Up On LV Radio

Las Vegan Kris Bryant is doing such damage at the plate for the Iowa Cubs that he has become an social media sensation.

His first five hits at Triple-A have all been home runs and Cubs fans and Chicago media alike tweet and blog about his every at-bat.

Bryant, a Bonanza High School grad, appeared on ESPN Radio 1100 in Las Vegas on Wednesday to discuss his rapid ascent through the minor leagues.

Topics discussed ranged from thinking about bunting to whether he prefers Las Vegas or San Diego, where he went to college.

Bryant even talked about why he has discouraged his parents from moving.
