Avalon by Harmony includes amenities
According to Michelle Woodruff, director of marketing, Harmony Homes offers value, location and amenities at its Avalon collection in the North Las Vegas community of Vista Cielo. Homes are available for less than $70 per square foot and thousands in upgrades and incentives are included with every new home sale.
"For a limited time, new home buyers at Avalon at Vista Cielo will receive $5,000 in upgrades through our design center," Woodruff said. "You'll also receive 2½ percent of your home's sale price to be used towards closing costs, if you work with our preferred lender. Prices in Avalon start at $169,990, so you'll save at least $4,200 in closing costs. That's a savings of more than $9,000."
Avalon at Vista Cielo is located in one of the newest areas in North Las Vegas. "It is very close to Nellis Air Force base, fantastic shopping and dining options and the beautiful Aliante Resort and Casino, among dozens of other community and recreation options," Woodruff said. The collection is located near Ann and Losee roads, just minutes from Interstate-215, the Las Vegas Beltway, and Interstate-15. "You are never more than a few minutes' drive from work, shopping and entertainment," she said.
Among the amenities available to Vista Cielo residents are a community park and pool, children's playground, picnic area and open space.
Three floor plans are offered with two shown as models, ranging from 2,409 to 3,024 square feet. As many as six bedrooms are offered and each home includes a loft.
One plan is Residence Three, which includes a bedroom and full bath on the first level. "It offers an additional level of privacy for guests or others who may want to a bedroom that is separate from the main sleeping areas," Woodruff said.
Avalon's floor plans are complemented by oversized home sites. Each home site measures 45 by 100 square feet.
Additional standard features at Avalon include beech cabinetry, crown molding, gourmet kitchen islands with dual compartment stainless steel sinks, designer Delta faucets, dual sink vanities and garden tubs in the master baths, ceramic tile entries and paver driveways.
Avalon home buyers also can choose from options to personalize their homes, including porches, patios, lofts, extra bedrooms, retreats, miradors, decks and additional garage bays, depending on the plan.
Harmony Homes is locally owned and operated by a builder with more than 20 years experience and all new homes come with Harmony Homes' warranty that covers all components for two years and the home's structure for 10 years.
