Avante Homes hosts Viking for demo in Mountain’s Edge event

Avante Homes brought in representatives from high-end appliance manufacturer Viking, for an interactive demonstration. The event marked the grand opening of five model homes at the builder's Denali neighborhood within Mountain's Edge, a master-planned community in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley.

"We wanted to celebrate our official grand opening with an event that showcased the quality and value our homes offer, spotlighting the fact that Viking appliances are included in all of our homes at Denali," said Seth Vance, sales and marketing manager for Avante Homes.

Representatives from Viking, including a chef, taught homeowners and prospective buyers at the event how to properly use their line of high performance, commercial style appliances. Viking products in the homes at Denali include cook tops, Quite Clean dishwashers, hoods and convection ovens.

In addition to upgraded kitchens, the Denali homes are designed with rear-loading garages, accompanying the five floor plans, which measure as much as 3,134 square feet.

"The homes at Denali bring a wonderful new dimension to Mountain's Edge," said Deonna Stocker, manager of information center operations at Mountain's Edge's Home Search Café.

Floor plans include as many as six bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. An optional third-story allows an increase of living space of as much as 500 square feet.

A residents-only clubhouse includes swimming pool, spa and fully equipped fitness center. The neighborhood is gated.

Mountain's Edge master- planned community offers amenities that include its 80-acre Exploration Park, scheduled to open this month.
