Avante Homes’ Mesa Verde readies for closeout in southeast
After a successful one-day-only sale featuring the builder's 10-20-10 program, offering 10 homes with a minimum of 20 percent off selling in 10 hours, Avante Homes' Mesa Verde has entered its closeout sales program.
Dean Welsh, vice president of new home sales, said there are few residences left after the sale.
Homes are priced under $200,000, he said.
The Mesa Verde neighborhood is centered around a 21/2-acre park with playground, pool and spa that are exclusively for the use of the residents.
This collection of contemporary, single family homes is located in the southeastern portion of the valley, one block east of Boulder Highway at Broadbent Boulevard.
Each home features front yard landscaping, chrome-levered door handles, rounded radius corners, wood shelving in all closets, brushed steel lighting fixtures and oak-recessed panel cabinetry.
Buyers can opt for a loft, bonus room or deck, based on floor plan. Each home is move-in ready with upgraded washer, dryer and side-by-side refrigerator.
Closeout incentives may include a minimum of 20 percent off and zero closing costs, with additional financing options available, Welsh said.

Priced from $188,000, the collection offers four layouts. The 1,181-square-foot Spirit includes two master bedrooms, upstairs laundry room, living room, kitchen with pantry, garage and front porch area.
The Dreamcatcher is a 1,419-square-foot design of three bedrooms, 21/2 baths and a loft that can be converted to a third bedroom.
The 1,460-square-foot Serenity is an "upside-down" floor plan with the kitchen, den and dining area upstairs.
The 1,540-square-foot Legacy includes three bedrooms, 21/2 baths, separate living and dining rooms, kitchen with pantry, upstairs laundry room with linen closet and covered porch entry.
All Mesa Verde designs are Energy Star-rated.
