Beazer ties a bow on the holidays

Beazer Homes' Unwrap New Homes for the Holidays event is offering year-end deals and incentives on select newly constructed homes ready for quick move-in, the builder said.

Local gift-wrap artist William Burell will provide a workshop Dec. 8 from noon to 4 p.m. in the builder's Mesa at Weston Hills community.

The event is free and open to the public, and one lucky attendee will win professional gift-wrap services just in time for the holiday season, said Leslie Erbland, Beazer's vice president of sales and marketing.

"If a new home is on your holiday wish list, you won't find a better time to buy," Erbland said. "We're offering closeout savings on existing inventory and special incentives on presale homes as well. From our Quartette Collection to traditional single-family floor plans, the assortment, inventory, pricing and neighborhood selection make this a great time to buy."

Incentives and special pricing will continue as long as homes are available, the builder said.

Mesa at Weston Hills features four designs ranging from 1,948 to 3,253 square feet, situated on pool-size lots with up to six bedrooms, 41/2 baths and two-car garages. The collection includes both one- and two-story designs. Pricing begins in the mid-$200,000s.

The Mojave is a one-story floor plan measuring 1,948 square feet. The three-bedroom, 21/2-bath design includes a family great-room, study, island kitchen with breakfast nook, master bedroom with walk-in closet and two-car garage.

The Bluffs provides four bedrooms and 21/2 baths in 2,500 square feet. The two-story design opens onto a foyer leading to a formal living room and separate dining room. The kitchen includes a breakfast area overlooking the family room.

The Terrace offers up to six bedrooms, 21/2 baths and two-car garage in 3,015 square feet. The master suite has a double walk-in closet and offers the option of an expanded retreat with sitting room and three-sided fireplace.

The Pointe floor plan provides up to six bedrooms, two-car garage and 41/2 baths in 3,253 square feet. The design features the master suite on the first floor with structural options including a sunroom or patio.

"With this season's sales and special pricing, we are now a part of the holiday tradition, putting icing on the cake of gift-giving and home buying this season," Erbland said.

Mesa at Weston Hills is located in Henderson. The sales office and models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., except Friday when they open at 1 p.m.
