Sales are reaching the final phase at Bella Vista at Green Valley Ranch, a Henderson condominium complex. The private, gated community is located on the west side of Green Valley Parkway, just south of Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, and across the street from The District at Green Valley Ranch.
