Bermuda made of 18 home sites

Lennar's Bermuda Ranch, a gated neighborhood located one mile from Interstate 15 in the southern Las Vegas Valley, features 18 homes on sites starting at one-third of an acre.

"Our families with small children particularly love the concept of a gated community with just 18 total residences," sales agent Cheryl Huey said.

"They tell me they will feel quite comfortable letting their children ride bikes and play outdoors since the community will generate very little interior traffic.
